Can I Pick Up My Kitten in Person? Absolutely.
We love when families choose to pick up their Ragdoll kittens in person. It gives us the chance to meet you face-to-face and introduce you to the kitten you’ve been so excited about. It’s always a special moment”and one we’re proud to be part of.
Here’s how pickup works:
Reservation:
To hold a kitten for you, we do require a non-refundable $300 deposit, which is applied toward your total balance. This ensures your kitten is reserved and not made available to other families.
Pickup Timing:
We typically schedule pickups on Sundays, but we’re re happy to work with your availability and can offer other days by request if needed.
Peace of Mind Guarantee:
If you come to meet your kitten and, for any reason, feel the connection isn’t quite right, we’ll refund your deposit in full. While this rarely happens (because we’re re very thoughtful about matching families with the right kitten), we want you to feel 100% sure before moving forward.
Picking up in person also gives you a chance to ask any questions, go over care instructions, and leave fully prepared for the transition home.

How Our Kitten Delivery Works
Ragdoll Kitten Delivery Information
We understand that traveling to pick up your kitten isn’t always possible, so we offer a smooth, reliable delivery option to bring your Ragdoll kitten safely to you, wherever you are.
Once you’ve chosen your kitten and completed the adoption process, you’ll just need to provide your name, location, and preferred nearby airport. From there, we take care of everything, booking the flight, coordinating travel paperwork, and making sure your kitten is fully prepared for the journey.
Your kitten will fly in the cabin of the plane, accompanied by a professional pet nanny the entire time. This ensures they’re never alone, never in cargo, and have constant care during their trip. You can either meet the nanny at the airport or opt for home delivery depending on your location and preference.
Once travel is confirmed, we’ll send you a full itinerary along with real-time updates or a tracking number so you can follow along as your kitten makes their way home.
If you have any special requests or travel considerations, just let us know we’re more than happy to accommodate where we can. Our goal is to make your kitten’s journey to you as safe, comfortable, and stress-free as possible.

We use verified and trackable payment methods such as Zelle, Chime, Paypal , Apple Cash or bank wire transfer. This adds an extra layer of accountability and allows both parties to keep a record of the transaction. -

Pickup or Trusted Delivery
You’re always welcome to pick up your kitten in person, or we can arrange in-cabin flight nanny delivery with someone we personally know and trust. No third-party shipping companies or cargo hold transport ever. -

If for any reason you’re unable to keep the kitten down the road, we offer a lifetime take-back guarantee to ensure they always have a safe place to return to.
