Sphynx kittens require essential vaccinations to protect against common and serious diseases during their early months.

1. FVRCP Vaccine (Core Vaccine)
Protects against:

  • Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis (FVR) – respiratory infection
  • Feline Calicivirus (FCV) – respiratory illness and mouth ulcers
  • Feline Panleukopenia (FP) – severe, life-threatening virus

2. Rabies Vaccine
A fatal disease that affects the nervous system and is often legally required.

  • Given at 12–16 weeks
  • Boosters every 1–3 years

3. Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) Vaccine
Recommended for kittens exposed to other cats.

  • Initial dose at 8–12 weeks
  • Booster after 3–4 weeks

4. Chlamydia Vaccine (Optional)
Used in higher-risk environments to prevent respiratory and eye infections.

Typical Vaccination Schedule

  • 6–8 weeks: FVRCP (1st dose)
  • 10–12 weeks: FVRCP (2nd dose), FeLV (if needed)
